HOW TO START WITH JESUS?

If you just want to know God better, or if you sense that something isn’t right between you and Him and you wish you could fix it, you don’t need to wait any longer. God loves you and is waiting for you with open arms. All you have to do is respond, and it’s not hard to do!

1. Remember God loves you.
2. Admit you have sinned and need forgiveness.
3. Believe the good news of God’s love for you. You don’t have to “clean yourself up” before coming to God; He accepts you just as you are.
4. Confess your sins and ask for God’s forgiveness.
5. Demonstrate your decision by taking practical steps to grow in faith; baptism in water and becoming part of the Church.

​Dear Jesus, I know that I am a sinner. I choose to turn away from my sinful ways. I ask for your forgiveness.
I believe you died in my place for my sins to pay for the judgment I deserve for my sins. I believe you rose from the dead to insure eternal life for me. I trust you as my Lord and Savior today. Thank you for saving me and help me live a life that pleases you. In Your holy name I pray, Amen.
