Matthew 28.18-20 - 18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
To have a local and global influence by building a community of believers who are encouraged to learn, grow, and experience God’s changing power, who are equipped to go out into the world and reach others for Christ.
Our mission can be best described by the acronym RISE, which is related to Matthew 28.

Impact – Into all the world (our communities)
Serve – Making disciples
Enlarge – Teaching
Through our Vision and Mission, we believe we can make a difference just as the disciples did in Acts 17.6:
…“These men who have turned the world upside down have come here also,
We see in God’s Word that a local church is a place of empowerment. A place where those who believe in Jesus come together, regardless of their differences, to worship the God who loves them, the same one who gave His own life for them to know Him. It’s a place where individuals and families are restored and equipped by the truth of God’s Word, His Spirit, and His grace. It’s also a place where they unite and come together to impact their communities and the world powerfully.
WE ARE A LIFE-GIVING CHURCH
Jesus stated his mission in John 10:10. He came to bring us an exceedingly abundant life. We strive to use our words, our actions, and our heart of compassion to lead others to experience a life with Jesus.
WE ARE A PASSIONATE CHURCH
John 3:16 “For God so loved…” We are passionate towards God, because he is passionate towards us. We will be passionate towards life, our church, and our Lord Jesus. We love a loud church.
WE ARE AN EXCELLENT CHURCH
The mission of Jesus is too important to do anything half-hearted. Ecclesiastes 9:10 “Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might…” We make the commitment to work hard, stay consistent, and keep margin in all areas of life.
WE ARE A GENEROUS CHURCH
1 Timothy 6:18 Jesus commands us to be “…generous and willing to share.” God blesses us to be a blessing to those around us. We will be generous with our time, our finances, and our faith.
WE ARE A FUN CHURCH
We believe that life change can be much easier if it is enjoyable. So why not make church fun? We choose to make church an enjoyable experience. We change lives one smile at a time.
WE ARE A LEADING CHURCH
We believe God created us to be leaders in our families, our church, and our community. And we do this by following Christ’s example of servant leadership found in Matthew 20:28.
